Following the success of its summer event, St John Ambulance Tamworth will host a second community craft fair this autumn to raise funds for the organisation's work across the local area.
The Tamworth Craft Fair will take place on 4 October 2026, from 10am to 3pm, at the St John Ambulance Training Centre, Moor Street, Tamworth (B79 7QZ). The previous craft fair raised Β£225 to support the charity's work in local communities.Β
The event will once again bring together local makers offering handmade gifts, home dΓ©cor and other craft items, with proceeds supporting St John Ambulance's vital work to promote lifesaving skills and build first aid confident communities.
St John Ambulance Tamworth provides first aid support at events across the local area and wider region. In recent months, volunteers have assisted at the Shenstone Village Festival, the Tamworth Gate Gallop and the 2026 Midlands Nautique Wake Open, offering first aid cover and reassurance to the community. They also deliver awareness sessions to help local groups and families understand the power of first aid.
