Brum Unfiltered: Free Colatron Photography Exhibition Opens at Seventh Circle

A desolate, abandoned industrial warehouse with large windows at the far end, sunlight streaming in, and the word "COLA" in large white letters across the center.

C O L A - Exhibition at Seventh Circle - 6th November - 22nd NovemberCOLATRON

Seventh Circle, an independent Digbeth art gallery, is presenting C O L A, a solo exhibition by Birmingham urban street photographer Colatron, known to locals as Cola.

The Exhibition

Running from Friday, 6th November to Sunday, 22nd November 2026, the free exhibition presents an unvarnished love letter to the city, capturing the raw, living motion of the West Midlands through a lens that sees beauty in its grit.

For years, Cola has quietly, brilliantly, and relentlessly documented the true, shifting heart of Birmingham.

Wandering its industrial veins, his camera captures the raw energy of local street art and the forgotten, breathtaking beauty of derelict urban spaces.

Working side-by-side with Gallery Directors Marie Hutton and Robin Chesworth, Cola has cracked open his vast photographic archive to hand-pick a collection of works that treat Birmingham as a living, breathing entity with a pulse and motion. Cola is a radical invitation to pause, look closer, and find absolute beauty in the unpolished corners of our city.

If you don't already know Colatron, prepare to have your entire heart stolen by his lens. We are absolutely obsessed with his work, and honestly so proud to open our walls wide for his solo show. Cola's work is Brum unfiltered. Period. It’s raw, it’s honest, and it captures beautifully the exact heartbeat of the city we love.
