Ahead of the highly anticipated launch of Willow, Mere Green’s latest dining destination, the restaurant has announced an extra special treat for the local community.
At 9am on Saturday 22nd February, the first 100 guests through the door will be treated to a complimentary breakfast of their choice. To celebrate the exciting new opening, the Willow team have unveiled that on Saturday 22nd February, the first 100 guests will be given the chance to experience Willow’s extensive Mediterranean-inspired breakfast menu completely free of charge. Doors open at 9am, and tables will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Willow, Mere Green officially launches this week as Parogon Group brings its much-loved dining concept to the Birmingham area for the first time. Opening to the public on Thursday 20th February, the all-day dining venue transports guests to the Mediterranean coast with a menu of vibrant flavours and chic, holiday-inspired, boho interiors. Set to be the area’s go-to dining hotspot, Willow provides the ideal setting for families, friends and couples to dine and relax in a beautifully curated space.
Looking to meet the growing demand for elevated breakfast and brunch offerings, Willow serves a menu of both classic and inventive dishes. Willow’s take on the English breakfast, The Full Willow, features Buttercross sausages, grilled bacon, a field mushroom, slow-roasted plum tomato, toasted seeded bloomer, baked beans, and eggs cooked to your preference. Inspired by the traditional Roman pasta dish, Eggs Carbonara takes the form of poached eggs, streaky bacon, Italian hard cheese and a garlic glaze served on chargrilled sourdough. For those with a sweet tooth, buttermilk pancakes are served with vanilla mascarpone, blueberry compote and maple syrup. The ‘Piccolo’ menu comprises of lighter options including breakfast sandwiches and pastries freshly baked daily.
Alongside the breakfast menu, Willow offers an extensive all-day dining menu including traditional Sunday Roasts with a Mediterranean flair. Blending a fun and relaxing atmosphere, Willow seeks to make every visit a special occasion. The new location also benefits from an outdoor terrace perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying Willow’s signature handcrafted cocktails. Willow, Mere Green, will also host weekly Acoustic Sessions each Friday from 7pm to 10pm, where local musicians provide a laidback soundtrack elevating the guest experience.
