Birmingham’s Lulu Wild Introduces ‘Depths of the Oasis’ Summer Menu

A new seasonal menu will make a splash at a modern Chinese restaurant and cocktail bar in Brindleyplace, Birmingham, this month as Lulu Wild launches the latest exquisite edition to its Enchanted Tales series – Chapter 3, Water.

The aquatic inspired, limited edition menu, “Depths of the Oasis” is now available and is a treat for the senses conjuring up memories of sun-drenched holidays spent enjoying a glittering sea.

Guests sitting in The Nest dining space will feel as though they are floating in an atmospheric underwater world with décor reflecting a shimmering sea with coral, a stunning spectrum of blue blossoms and palm leaves.

Lulu’s specially curated menu features a delicious lotus blossom noodle soup with pork loin, mushroom oyster sauce and garlic. This is perfectly paired with the sublime Deep Blue Sea cocktail – a mix of Patron Silver, coconut and lychee.

Water will also be available at Lulu Wild’s sister restaurants Siamais and Aluna who will serve their own exclusive menu. Guests at Thai restaurant in Birmingham, Siamais, can enjoy tasty Noodle Tom Yum with chicken, beansprouts and chilli flakes matched with their special Coral Reef cocktail – a blend of Patron Silver, lychee, elderflower and orange.
Cocktail bar and Asian restaurant in Birmingham, Aluna, will serve mouth-watering Mongolian Lamb with lamb, peppers and spring onion, served with jasmine rice. This is paired with the Crystal Clear cocktail with Patron Silver, coconut and orange.

This immersive dining experience follows two previous chapters themed around the elements of Fire and Air. Two further chapters will delight guests later in the year – Earth will be available in September and Aether which will launch before Christmas.
